Hi, I'm Grace. I'm a registered Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping children, teenagers and young adults build independence, confidence and joy in everyday life.I work alongside families to create practical, evidence-informed strategies for challenges like handwriting, sensory processing, social skills and daily living tasks. My approach is simple: therapy should be functional, collaborative and fun.
Credentials• Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy), University of Sydney
• Registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
• Author of 'Every Body Talks: Interoception for small bodies learning big ideas'
Every Body Talks is an engaging picture book that teaches children aged 3-8 to listen to their body's voice. Through gentle, poetic storytelling and warm illustrations, young readers discover how to recognise when their tummy feels hungry, when their heart beats fast with excitement, when they need the bathroom and when emotions are rising.

Perfect for:
• Parents navigating emotional regulation, mealtimes and toilet training
• Children with sensory processing differences or neurodiverse populations
• Occupational therapists and paediatric professionals teaching body awareness
• Educators implementing social-emotional learning and mindfulness programs
• Preschool and kindergarten classrooms building self-regulation skillsAn essential resource backed by science for parents, teachers, therapists and anyone supporting children's emotional well-being and sensory development.
"Understanding sensory needs and differences isn't about being 'difficult' - it's about helping children navigate their world more safely and confidently"
